This well furnished, self catering, wonderful flint cottage has two bedrooms and sleeps upto three people (double and single). It is ideal for a couple, as it has a spacious main bedroom with a lovely view. The cottage is over two floors, with a garden overlooking marshes and the windmill.

It is family owned and recently refurbished. We, the owners stay there regularly and keep a third bedroom private, hence there is plenty of downstairs living space. It has wireless broadband internet access and television with Freesat from Sky.

Details

Sleeps up to three people	Upstairs sleeping - The main double bedroom has a large double bed and looks out onto Cley mill and the marshes. The second bedroom has a single bed.
Kitchen/Breakfast Room	With electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. French Doors open out onto the garden.
Garden	Enclosed back garden, with garden furniture, Weber charcoal barbeque and lovely views
Lounge and Dining Room	The ground floor of the cottage has a large, open plan living area around a central fireplace column. The cosy lounge has TV, VHS & DVD, with Freesat from Sky, comfortably seats everyone and opens onto the garden through French doors. There is a separate dining area. There are books and information on things to do and see in the area.
Bathrooms	The cottage has one bathroom/WC, with a power shower.
Parking	On the road, almost certainly within 50 meters of the Cottage
